Shipping
All orders ship within 1-2 business days. *Excluding Holidays and weekends.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking information will be generated once your order has been shipped by our courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Our current turnaround time with standard shipping is 10-14 business days. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Our Return Policy accommodates returns and exchanges within 14 business days of order receipt. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition as it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Please have your order invoice or proof of purchase handy for faster processing.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be reviewed. Should your return request be accepted, a prepaid return shipping label will be generated and provided to the email address on file. Orders returned without a formal return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected on your bank statement.
Should your return be accepted, a refund will be issued to go back to the original payment method on file, and an updated invoice will be provided via email.
Damaged Goods
While we strive to show up as our most elevated self day in and day out, things can happen en route.
Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt and let us know (care@drjucre.us) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We would love the opportunity to make it right.
